Who are we ?
The cooperative CELIA is a cooperative of cattle breeders, specializing in livestock trading. It is based in Laguiole (12), in the heart of the Aubrac region.

It markets more than 70,000 cattle each year, 55% of which are from the Aubrac breed. CELIA is the leading French operator in the Aubrac breed.
Half of the members of the Union Aubrac (Herd-Book) located in the Cradle of the breed, trust the CELIA cooperative to market the finished cattle and large cattle from their breeding. We thus have access to the largest genetic reservoir.
